Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers, achieving sales goals, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include driving sales through in-store and phone interactions, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), managing inventory (stocking, cycle counts, back stock), and delivering parts to customers. Requires knowledge of automotive parts, basic store systems, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends; 2-3 years retail sales experience preferred and fleet safety certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- basic driving and navigation ability
- ability to use delivery board system
- speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- basic math skills
- Parts knowledge and system proficiency

- experience with inventory systems and store equipment
- experience with POS and parts lookup systems
- ability to safely deliver parts to customers as needed
