Job Summary
Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson in an automotive DIY retail setting. Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone, achieve personal and store sales goals, and perform DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installs, and related parts services. Maintain store product and operational standards, manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock, and safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Skills include basic driving/navigation, effective communication, ability to use delivery board systems, English (Spanish a plus), reading and interpreting safety rules and parts catalogs, basic math, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; prior retail sales experience 2-3 years preferred; knowledge of automotive systems and parts is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Fleet safety certification preferred
