Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and help the store meet sales goals; perform DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installations, etc.; manage inventory processes (put away, cycle counts, back stock) and safely deliver parts to customers; operate inventory systems, store equipment, POS, and parts lookup; communicate effectively with customers and colleagues; leverage basic automotive knowledge and parts knowledge to support DIY service and sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems and store equipment
- Reading and interpreting safety rules and manuals
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends
