Salesperson

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone, driving toward personal and store sales goals. Responsibilities include performing DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store standards, and delivering parts to customers when needed. Skills include basic automotive system knowledge, knowledge of store systems (inventory and POS), safety awareness, driving/navigation ability, and strong communication (English; Spanish a plus) to build relationships with customers and teammates. The role requires ability to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends and to handle physical duties including lifting and inventory tasks. The position can be part-time or full-time, with compensation ranging from $15.00 to $16.13 per hour for a new team member, and benefits as outlined by the employer.
