Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer experiences and meeting sales objectives. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, supporting DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, handling delivery and basic operating of inventory systems, and ensuring store cleanliness. Requires strong communication, basic math, English fluency (Spanish a plus), ability to work a range of days/evenings/weekends, and 2-3 years of retail sales experience. Knowledge of automotive parts and store systems is necessary; physical demands include regular walking/standing and occasional heavy lifting. Fleet safety certification preferred. Compensation ranges between $16.40 and $17.75 per hour; location is Lowell, MA with part-time or full-time options.
