Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls; achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales targets; provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs; maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock; ensure store cleanliness and general stocking; safely deliver parts to customers as needed; strong communication, basic driving/navigation, and ability to use inventory and POS systems; knowledge of automotive systems and parts with basic diagnostic equipment proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Safety knowledge and skills
- Operating inventory systems and store equipment
- Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY service
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Basic math
- Ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment
