Job Summary
Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson role supporting DIY automotive customers; primary duties include delivering excellent selling experiences for in-store and phone interactions, meeting personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, tests, wiper installations), maintaining inventory and store standards, handling truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and ensuring safe, efficient service with friendly communication and strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- English speaking and writing
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
- Basic math capability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Experience with inventory systems and store equipment
- Ability to use POS and parts lookup systems
