Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY automotive customer base; responsibilities include providing excellent selling experiences during customer visits and phone calls, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining store product and inventory processes, and safely delivering parts as needed. Key skills include basic automotive system knowledge, strong customer communication, ability to use inventory and store systems, and flexibility to work a range of days and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Basic automotive system knowledge
- Experience using delivery board systems and operating POS/Parts lookup systems
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs
