Job Summary
Salesperson role (entry-level to mid-level) supporting DIY customers with in-store and phone sales, including battery installation and wiper installs, and maintaining inventory. Requires basic automotive system knowledge, basic part knowledge, ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers, and to operate inventory and store systems. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experience, achieving personal and store sales goals, handling inventory processes, safe delivery of parts to customers, and maintaining store cleanliness and product standards. Essential skills include English communication (Spanish a plus), ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, basic math, multi-day availability, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems. 2-3 years of sales experience in retail recommended; driving/navigation ability and safety awareness are important. This position can be part-time or full-time and is located at 730 Grand Avenue, Schofield, WI 54476, United States.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
