Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson responsible for delivering an exceptional selling experience for DIY customers, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory accuracy (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), general stocking and store cleanliness, and safely delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive system and parts knowledge, store systems proficiency, and strong English communication (Spanish a plus). 2-3 years of successful retail sales experience is noted in the description; role can be part time or full time and involves variable days including weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
