Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson responsible for providing excellent DIY customer service, achieving personal sales goals and helping the store reach its targets. Includes performing DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installs, and maintaining store product and operational standards. Handles inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), general stocking, store cleanliness, and safe delivery of parts to customers as needed. Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus), read and interpret safety rules and manuals, use basic math, and work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience in a diverse retail environment with strong customer service is favored; role requires basic driving/navigation ability and familiarity with inventory and POS/parts lookup systems.
