Job Summary
Salesperson for a DIY automotive parts store. Primary responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone, achieving personal sales goals, delivering DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining store product and operational standards, managing inventory processes (including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and safely delivering parts to customers. Essential skills include basic automotive knowledge, ability to use store and inventory systems, operating POS and parts lookup systems, effective communication in English (Spanish a plus), and flexibility to work a range of days, evenings, and weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level sales experience preferred
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- English (Spanish a plus)
- Basic math
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
