Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries, helping the store meet sales goals through battery and wiper service, inventory and store-operations support, and safe part delivery. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales targets, supporting DIY services, maintaining product and operational standards, handling inventory processes (stock, cycle counts, back stock), and ensuring store cleanliness. Essential skills include customer-focused communication, basic math, driving/navigation, ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems, and familiarity with automotive parts and diagnostic tools. Requires 2-3 years retail sales experience and flexibility to work various shifts; Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Fleet safety certification preferred
- Basic automotive system knowledge
- Basic part knowledge
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Friendly communication
- English language proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Ability to work a variety of days/evenings/weekends
