Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries; achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales objectives; perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations; maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock; deliver parts to customers as needed; operate inventory and POS systems; leverage basic automotive system knowledge and parts familiarity to assist customers; maintain strong customer relationships and communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus); required flexibility to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- English language proficiency; Spanish a plus
