Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls; achieve personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales goals; offer DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, and other related services; maintain inventory and store efficiency, including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and safety practices; safely deliver parts to customers as needed; must be able to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends; strong communication, basic math, English skills (Spanish a plus), and ability to navigate inventory and POS systems; familiarity with inventory systems, diagnostic equipment for DIY service, and parts lookup is required. The role can be part time or full time and involves operating in a retail automotive parts environment within Williamsburg, KY.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
