Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering a strong in-store and phone sales experience to DIY customers. Roles include achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services (e.g., battery installation, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, processing deliveries and POS/lookups, and ensuring safety and strong customer relationships. Requires basic automotive knowledge, English (Spanish a plus), and the ability to work varied days and weekends; 2-3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
