Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and handle phone inquiries; meet personal and store sales goals while performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations. Manage store inventory, stock, and back stock, and safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Position supports both part-time and full-time schedules and requires basic automotive knowledge, customer service skills, and familiarity with inventory and POS systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic automotive system knowledge
- Basic part knowledge
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
