Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience through effective selling, product knowledge, and service delivery. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling stock and back stock, delivering parts to customers when needed, and ensuring store cleanliness and operations standards. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, basic math, navigation/driver ability, use of POS and parts lookup systems, and familiarity with automotive parts knowledge and store systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; 2-3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
