Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone interactions; achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach overall sales targets. Perform DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, and maintain store product and operational standards. Manage inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock) and assist with general stocking and store cleanliness. Safely deliver parts to customers as needed. Requires ability to drive, navigate, use delivery board systems, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with inventory systems, POS and parts lookup, and knowledge of automotive systems is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Fleet safety certification preferred
