Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY business with knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Responsible for providing excellent DIY customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installations), maintaining inventory and operational standards, and handling inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock. Includes duties such as store cleanliness, stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), effective communication, ability to read safety and maintenance documents, basic math, and experience with inventory, POS, and parts lookup systems. Physical demands and typical retail environment are described, and the role requires flexibility to work various days, evenings, and weekends.
