Job Summary
As a Salesperson, you will provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone, aiming to achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets. You will perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, manage inventory and stock processes (including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and assist with safe delivery of parts to customers. You should have strong English (Spanish a plus) communication, basic math, and the ability to operate inventory and POS systems, with 2-3 years of successful retail sales experience. The role requires flexible days, evenings, and weekends, and may be full-time or part-time. Fleet safety certification is preferred, and the job involves physical requirements typical of a retail environment and occasional driving to fulfill deliveries.
