Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting DIY customers and phone sales with battery installations, testing, and wiper installs; contributes to achieving personal and store sales goals; requires knowledge of store inventory, automotive systems, and parts; responsibilities include inventory processes (put-away, cycle counts, back stock), delivering parts to customers, and maintaining store standards; must be able to work a schedule that includes days/evenings/weekends; basic driving/navigation skills and experience in diverse retail environments are preferred; English proficiency with Spanish a plus; prior 2-3 years of sales experience recommended; physically able to lift up to 100 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as described.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
- Experience with inventory systems, POS, and parts lookup
