Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson responsible for delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience, supporting battery installation and wiper installs, achieving personal and store sales goals, and managing inventory and store operations. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experiences in person and over the phone, handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), delivering parts to customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and operating inventory systems and the POS. Essential skills include basic automotive knowledge, strong verbal and written English (Spanish a plus), ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, basic math, and capacity to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
