Job Summary
Salesperson role in automotive parts retail. Provides DIY customer service, drives sales to achieve store goals, performs battery installation and other DIY services, maintains inventory and store standards, delivers parts to customers, and supports general store operations. Requires 2-3 years of retail sales experience, basic automotive parts knowledge, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Strong communication, navigation, and inventory-system skills, with basic math proficiency and safety awareness. Fleet safety certification is preferred; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
