Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for providing excellent selling experience for DIY customers, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, and handling deliveries as needed. Requires 2-3 years retail sales experience, basic automotive/parts knowledge, ability to operate inventory and POS systems, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Strong communication, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), driving/navigation skills, and safety awareness are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
