Salesperson

Entry-level Salesperson role supporting DIY customers in a retail environment. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store product and operational standards, and handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.). Secondary duties include store cleanliness, general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers. Essential skills include basic driving/navigation, effective communication, ability to read safety/operating manuals, basic math, and proficiency with inventory and POS systems. Requires 2-3 years of successful retail sales experience and the ability to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends; English proficiency (Spanish a plus). The role may be part-time or full-time and involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds and working inside/outside under varying conditions.
