Salesperson

Salesperson role responsible for providing excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installations. Requires knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes, ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers, and proficiency with inventory systems, POS, and parts lookup. Responsibilities include inventory control (cycle counts, back stock, and truck put away), store cleanliness, general stocking, and safe delivery of parts to customers. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), effective communication, basic math, ability to work various shifts, and 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment. Physical demands cover walking/standing, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and operating in indoor/outdoor settings with typical retail environment conditions. Benefits and compensation: hourly rate range of $12.20-$13.21; good-faith estimate with job details and benefits information provided.
