Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting DIY customers with in-store and phone sales; provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs; manage inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock); operate inventory systems and store equipment; strong communication and customer-relations skills; requires basic automotive knowledge and 2-3 years of retail sales experience; ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends; English required with Spanish a plus; physical duties include lifting up to 100 pounds and working in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Fleet safety certification preferred
- Basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
