Job Summary
Entry-level to mid-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY customer base, with responsibilities including achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services (e.g., battery installation, wiper installs), maintaining store product/inventory standards, and handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock). Secondary duties include store cleanliness, general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers. Required skills include basic automotive system knowledge, ability to use store systems and POS, strong customer communication, ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends, and 2-3 years of retail sales experience. Fluency in English with Spanish a plus; strong math, reading of safety/operating manuals, and proficiency with inventory and diagnostic equipment are expected.
