Salesperson

Salesperson, an entry-to-mid level retail role supporting the DIY customer base with a focus on providing excellent selling experiences, battery installations and other DIY services, inventory and store operations, and delivering parts. Responsibilities include meeting personal and store sales goals, sourcing from stores and external suppliers, maintaining product and operational standards, performing inventory tasks (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and delivering parts as needed. Essential skills include English (Spanish a plus), strong communication, ability to interpret safety rules and parts catalogs, basic math, and proficiency with inventory and POS/parts lookup systems. Requires 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment; physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally; ability to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
