Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson position to support the DIY business, with responsibilities including providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, and maintaining inventory and operational standards. Secondary duties include general store cleanliness, stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers as needed. Required skills include basic driving/navigation, effective communication, English (Spanish a plus), ability to read safety and maintenance documents, basic math, and flexibility to work a range of days, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience of 2-3 years in a diverse retail environment and knowledge of inventory systems, parts lookup, POS usage, and diagnostic equipment is preferred. The role may be part time or full time and involves physical tasks and customer-facing interactions in a retail setting at the Saint Charles, MO location.
