Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on DIY automotive parts and services. Responsibilities include delivering excellent selling experiences for DIY customers in-store and by phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards, and supporting general stocking and back-stock tasks. Must be able to drive, use delivery and inventory systems, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates. Prior retail sales experience (2-3 years) and ability to work varied shifts including weekends are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Basic math and ability to read safety and operating instructions
