Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DMV DIY customers and phone orders; help the store achieve sales goals while performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales targets, maintaining inventory and store standards, handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), safe delivery of parts to customers, and operating POS and parts lookup systems. Requirements include basic automotive system and parts knowledge, ability to work varied days including weekends, and strong communication skills (English; Spanish a plus). 2-3 years of successful retail sales experience preferred. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Use basic math for unit measures
