Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting the DIY automotive parts business, providing excellent selling experiences via in-store visits and phone calls; capable of battery installation, testing, and wiper installs; responsible for inventory processes, truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and general store operations; requires 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, basic automotive knowledge, friendly customer communication, ability to use POS and inventory systems, and flexibility to work various days/hours; compensation range $15.00-$16.13 per hour with benefits. Fleet safety certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- basic driving and navigation ability
- ability to use delivery board system
- excellent communication and customer-service skills
- English proficiency; Spanish a plus
- read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- ability to work days/evenings/weekends
- store inventory and operating knowledge
- strong math skills
