Job Summary
Salesperson role focusing on DIY automotive parts sales, delivering excellent customer experiences in-store and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, inventory processes (stocking, cycle counts, back stock), and safety standards. Strong communication, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), ability to navigate parts catalogs and POS systems, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
