Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls, helping the store achieve sales goals. Perform DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs, maintain store product and operational standards, and manage inventory including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, and related processes. Deliver parts to customers as needed and support inventory systems and store equipment. Key skills include basic automotive knowledge, effective communication, compatibility with parts lookup systems and POS, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Fleet safety certification is a preferred qualification.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
