Salesperson

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone; achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach overall sales targets; perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs; maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock; deliver parts to customers as needed; demonstrate basic driving/navigation, effective communication, inventory systems operation, and parts/diagnostic equipment knowledge; 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment; able to work days, evenings, and weekends; speak English (Spanish a plus) and read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs; strong math skills and ability to interpret various documents.
