Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY customer base with automotive parts and services. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone inquiries, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations, maintaining inventory and store standards, handling inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), and delivering parts to customers when needed. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong communication, ability to operate inventory and POS systems, and to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior 2-3 years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment is expected; fleet safety certification is preferred. The position may be part-time or full-time and involves light physical duties and customer-facing service.
Required Qualifications

- ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
- ability to use delivery board system
- ability to operate POS and Parts lookup systems
