Job Summary
Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer service and achieving personal and store sales goals. Duties include assisting customers in-store and by phone, knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, sourcing from stores, hubs, and external suppliers, inventory maintenance, and performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs. Must manage inventory processes, operate POS and parts lookup systems, and support safety and operational standards. Requires basic driving/navigation skills, English (Spanish a plus), ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends, and 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
