Job Summary
Salesperson position focused on DIY automotive parts and services. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers (in-store and via phone), achieving personal and store sales goals, offering DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, performing inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock), and safely delivering parts as needed. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, parts knowledge, and ability to use POS and parts lookup systems. Must be able to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends; prior retail sales experience (2-3 years) and strong customer communication skills are preferred. Physical demands include lifting up to 50-100 pounds and working indoors/outdoors according to store needs. Fluency in English; Spanish a plus. Safety-conscious with basic math and reading comprehension abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
