Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY business with responsibilities including providing excellent selling experiences for DIY customers in-store and via phone, achieving personal and shop sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store standards, and performing general stocking, cleanliness, and delivery tasks. Requires basic automotive parts knowledge, familiarity with store systems and POS/parts lookup, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) and the ability to build relationships with customers and teammates are important.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, parts catalogs
