Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on driving DIY sales through excellent customer service, battery and wiper installation services, and inventory/operational support. Responsibilities include achieving personal and store sales goals, delivering parts to customers, maintaining store standards, handling inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), and providing strong product knowledge across automotive systems and store systems. Requirements emphasize 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, basic math, driving/navigation, flexible scheduling, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Fleet safety certification is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
