Job Summary
Salesperson role supporting DIY customers with battery installation, testing, and wiper installs; drive personal sales goals and help store meet overall sales targets. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers, and strong inventory and maintenance process understanding. Responsibilities include delivering parts to customers, maintaining store product/operational standards, and handling inventory processes (truck put away, counts, back stock). Skills include English communication (Spanish a plus), basic math, ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems, and comfort working a varied schedule including weekends; prior 2-3 years in a diverse retail environment is preferred. Physical demands include frequent walking/standing and occasional heavy lifting, with a work environment primarily indoors and some outdoor exposure.
Required Qualifications
