Salesperson

Salesperson responsible for delivering excellent DIY customer service in-store and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs. Roles include inventory processes (put away, cycle counts, back stock), general stocking, store cleanliness, safe parts delivery, operating inventory systems and POS/parts lookup systems, and using basic automotive knowledge to assist customers. The position requires 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment, ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and strong communication to build relationships with customers and team members. Fluency in English is required with Spanish a plus; includes physical requirements for lifting and handling parts as described in the job posting. The role is offered as part-time or full-time in Diamond, IL, with hourly compensation between $15.00 and $16.13 depending on location and experience.
