Salesperson role focused on DIY customers, offering entry-level retail sales responsibilities with core duties including achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store standards, and delivering parts to customers. Requires strong English communication, basic automotive knowledge, ability to use store and POS systems, and flexibility to work varied days/evenings/weekends; Spanish language skills are a plus. Emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, inventory control (cycle counts, back stock), and safe operating procedures. The position can be part-time or full-time and includes responsibilities around stocking, store cleanliness, and safety knowledge.
