Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role focused on DIY customer sales and service objectives. Responsibilities include delivering a selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, providing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), managing inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.), store cleanliness and general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers as needed. Requires English proficiency (Spanish a plus), good communication, basic math, ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends, and 2-3 years of sales experience in retail. Fleet safety certification preferred. Compensation ranges from $12.20 to $13.21 per hour, with annualized salary estimates derived from hourly rates.
