Job Summary
Entry-level Salesperson role supporting the DIY automotive business. Responsibilities include providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining inventory and store standards, and safely delivering parts to customers. Requires basic automotive parts knowledge and ability to use store systems, POS, and parts lookup; English (Spanish a plus) communication; and availability to work a range of days including weekends. Fleet safety certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
- Safey knowledge and skills
- Ability to interpret safety rules and manuals
- Ability to work varied days, evenings, weekends
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Knowledge of automotive parts and store systems
