Salesperson

Entry level Salesperson role supporting the DIY business with knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Responsibilities include providing excellent selling experiences for DIY customers, achieving personal and store sales goals, performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining inventory and store operations (truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock), ensuring store cleanliness and general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers as needed. Essential skills include basic driving/navigation, effective communication, ability to use inventory and POS systems, and knowledge of parts and automotive systems. Must be able to work various days and weekends; 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment is noted as advantageous, with additional emphasis on safety, accuracy in math, and customer relationship-building.
