Job Summary
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls; achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales targets; provide DIY services including battery installation and testing, and wiper installations; manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock and related store operations; maintain store product standards and cleanliness; safely deliver parts to customers when needed; leverage knowledge of parts and automotive systems to assist customers and drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Friendly communication
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Safety knowledge and skills
- Operating inventory systems and store equipment
- English (Spanish a plus)
