Job Summary
Salesperson role focused on delivering excellent DIY customer service, achieving personal sales goals, and supporting store sales objectives. Responsibilities include performing DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installations, inventory maintenance, truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and safe delivery of parts to customers. Requires basic automotive system and parts knowledge, ability to operate store systems and POS, strong English communication (Spanish helpful), and ability to work a variable schedule including weekends/evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- basic automotive system knowledge
- basic part knowledge
- fleet safety certification preferred
